Wellyfit Family in the Sun – Yoga School #2

In this Yoga Sequence, We will be practicing and evolving from the First episodes Sunsalut with an added Warrior II Asana in a nice Vinyasa Flow. I recommend that you follow along with your own pace and after getting a bit more comfortable with the transitions, repeat the Positions and Transitions with a nice flow, holding each Posture for 1 breath each, to really get the pulse up - Great Practice in the morning, allow yourself to be Passive in your Stretching rather than to force anything that doesnโ€™t feel Comfortable ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Namaste Yogis Attention: Befor attending to this Class, Please consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
