During the class we work through the hole body with the foamroller and also some stretch and mobility exercises.
Foam rolling is a form of self-myofascial release, “which is basically a form of self-massage. Just like a massage, foam rolling helps break up knots in this tissue and release tension.
All you need is a foamroller and space.
