Foamroller/Mobility

This class focus on increase the mobility and release tensions off the body.

During the class we work through the hole body with the foamroller and some stretch and mobility exercises.

Foamrolling is a form of self-myofascial release, “which is basically a form of self-massage. Just like a massage, foamrolling helps break up knots in this tissue and release tension.

All you need is a foamroller and space.
