Rocket-inspired flow where we break down a couple of selected arm balances and put these into the practice.
Suitable for you who have practiced yoga before but are a beginner to arm balances and want an introduction to try these at home.
This class keeps a high pace and you are responsible for your own practice.
You will need a yoga mat, a blanket / pillow and a water bottle.
If you have a pair of yoga blocks, you can bring them as well, but they are not necessary to participate in the class.
