Welcome to join and dance 45 minutes of ballet workout for beginners.

What contents Ballet workout? 

 Easy warm up to wake up your body.

Going through 3 different “barr” exercises to learn the basic technique of ballet.

Plie, tendu and jettes. 

and i will follow up whit tools that u can use individual to expand your range of motion

in the end if its time we`are doing abs and stretch.
